The issue with the server has been resolved, appx 7:AM PDT
The colocation facility that houses the servers had a power outage. The power was switched to their generator facility, which worked fine. However, after power was restored during the switch back to utility power it melted the circuit breakers that feeds a huge portion of the server room.
Electricians were on site, and everything was made safe and power was restored, however, it seems to be cauing a little instability in the server, perhaps when the UPS ran out, it fried something, or there was a surge.
We are actively pursuing the problem, and swapping components with our supply of spares while we diagnose the issue.
I apologize for the problems, and will work to get them rectified as soon as possible.

Cdsnet.net and internetcds.com email addresses will be moving to a new server. The new server has a choice of spam filters, and other niceties.
There are a couple minor changes that you may have to make to your email settings, but please read the rest of this message carefully.
Here is a linke to a web page that has a step by step walkthrough of the changes for outlook express. The changes for outlook and for other email clients is similar.
A couple things to keep in mind:
o) If your mail server for your outbound mail, (might be labeled as outgoing server, or SMTP server) is not something related to cdsnet.net or internetcds.com then do not change an of the settings related to outgoing mail. It will only complicate your life.
o) Your mail from the old server will be merged into the mail on the new server after the changeover, if you had any left on the server.
o) Call me any time if you have any problems getting your settings right. 541-770-2946.
