Does the price change? No. MC will be auditing the accounts, and perhaps suggesting other offerings we have that might offer more features, or be cheaper. The goal is to give you the best value. But the price for your existing service will not change.
I prepaid for a year of service, what happens now? Your year of service with Spime will be honored, and you wont’ be billed until the year of service is up. However, no credit will be given for prepaid accounts if you choose to cancel before your pre-paid interval is up.
What are my billing options?For certain grade accounts, we send postal bills, we can send electronic/email bills, you can arrange to pay by credit card, and if you want, we can set up paypal subscriptions. Whatever works best for you.
What happened to my credit card number? Your credit card number was not transferred to MC. No private financial data like account numbers or anything was transferred. For those of you that want to pay by credit card, or paypal, or some other electronic means, we can work that out.
I haven’t received a bill in a while Don’t worry, we’ll get that taken care of. The one difference between Spime and MC is that Spime “post-billed”, and MC “pre-bills”. THe last invoice that Spime billed was on Dec 15th for the period ending December 15th. However, MC bills on the calendar month, so to keep it simple, we will just consider the period from Dec 16th to Dec 31st a freebie, and start billing as of 1/1/07.
